Having owned Nike footwear for years, I decided to put together a short spec ad showcasing various activities using iconic shoes. This project was also about pushing the limits of a rather limited camera; the Fujifilm X-T3 (primarily a stills photography camera), both in the production and post-production stage. The design of the shoe reveal titles was created in Adobe Photoshop and the animation was done in Adobe After Effects. Individual elements were added in such as brush strokes, scribbles, etc. This style was largely inspired by the Godzilla (2014) opening credits.
This is a non-commercial case study using Nike products and licensed music for educational purposes.
